The person asked about my experience, but I said I was not aware of personal phone calls being made and did not feel comfortable talking any further. BCG or MBB folks, got a call from the recruiter today that the outcome of decision round and calibration call today was positive and the lead partner will give me a call on Monday to discuss with me on the role and offer directly by himself. Trying to get some inside from the HR but she just asked me to wait and hear from the partner, sounds a bit weird and surprise to me as normally this state was usually with the HR.
