Hi ! Looking for advice. I’ve been with a company in BC for 2.5 years, started support role, promoted to smb AE a year ago. salary is 65k with uncapped commission. We recently did layoffs, I was kept however there have been changes & meeting quota has become difficult & we have a way heavier workload. The perks are amazing but I need to make more money.
