I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

SO is a HBS MBA
So take my advice as someone who's seen it closely but I'm sure you will get better inputs
First of all, congrats on your invite. This shows that HBS believes in you to study there. The challenge is you need to show that. So manifest that mindset
Second, for interviews it comes to writing your answers and practice
Showcase what you bring to the table
Keep it conversational and time your answers so you don't ramble
Try to be cool and calm
Showcase genuine interest but don't make it seem like getting into HBS is your life's mission
There are successful people out there without an HBS degree
So to summarize, celebrate today and consistently practice interviews
If you can try to get a few mock sessions through any consultants that do interview prep
Good luck
SO also went to HBS. I found the people there to be… not especially impressive. They may have done prestigious things or have interesting backgrounds, but the basic horsepower and character was not that much different than you’d find at a consulting firm or finance job.
I actually felt much less of an imposter at my own work having gone through meeting and living with them for a couple of years.
So that’s not to help you with prep per se, definitely take it seriously, the hard part is getting in. But to maybe take some of the mystique/intimidation factor away.
