I know VP positions can vary with YOE but based off of our talk & looking at JD, this is a very senior position looking for 10 YOE min - I have 3 YOE. However, this income is not there in my 26AS Form.

So do I need to still declare this under "Other income" while filing ITR?

And if I dont then can the IT Dept catch me by any means?
