Any suggestions for talent development or career consultants for Big 4 alumni?

Applying for positions at other Big 4 and accounting firms and would like an experienced consultant or group to look over resume, cover letter, practice interview skills, and make possible introductions.

I’m in my 1st year in a UK government procurement role and would ideally like to move into the private sector within the next 2 years due to the salary, which is very decent for now but gets worse comparatively as you progress. I’m not sure what I could move into though, does anyone have any experience moving from public to private sector? I’ve been browsing Big 4 gov consulting roles for example, but I’m not sure what level I would even need to apply at once I’ve got 1-2 years experience

This question is going to be annoying maybe. I am currently interviewing for CSM roles. I know I am good at what I do and my customer satisfaction and renewal rates definitely show that!
However, most of the interview processes so far have a presentation/QBR. The QBRs I do now are effective, but super informal (no slides).
Do most companies require this component now? If not, which companies don’t? Also, any tips for being successful at these with only casual experience?
