Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Use your sale techniques on the interview. 1)qualify the employer ie:are they ready, willing and able to hire today if they find you to be a near perfect match?
2)ask the questions to identify what they seek in an applicant. Ask straight up if you see those qualities in me are you ready to screen me and on board me.
3) Ask questions about their clients or customers.
Build repor with matching, mirroring and eye contact at the interview.
Then close them one, two three times or more so they know your a sales person.
An interview is a sales call. If you can't sell yourself how can they expect you to sell what they offer?
I would focus on researching the company and the job first, that will help you practice for what will probably come up. Look up the STAR method if you are unfamiliar with it, even on the rare occasion that isn’t what somebody uses, I still find it beneficial to practice and go off of that.
If you're looking for something useful to read, I would say a lot of the current books on sales are pretty much based on some old classics. Some books by Zig Ziglar come to mind, like Secrets of Closing the Sale. I think some of his stuff is still in print, decades after being published.
Don’t bother! If this is an entry level sales position then all you need to do is remember to be yourself, after all, this is going to be your first sell with the company, to sell yourself, If they ask you what the number ☝🏻 skill you need to have in sales, and your reply is “Listening”, that’s a good start, but now is the time to talk , about yourself, your wife, your dogs. Being a great storyteller is a great way to show that manager that you can have enthusiasm, you can talk about anything and everything, you have their attention. They want to see if you’re likable, relatable, teachable, good energy and confident. Good Luck!!
