Any tips for learning the business law material of REG? I went through the material, but seem to suck at MCQs every time I try them.
I’m fairly averaging 75-80% on the other sections. But am feeling disheartened about how much I suck at business law.

I’m a CFP® and work as a test engineer for financial planning software. I’m pretty new to the tech space, and wondering what jobs might be out there in the fintech space as I gain more software knowledge. It’s kind of niche working in financial planning software as my background is financial planning. What kind of jobs are out there that might translate well and would have good earning potential?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? Received an offer from Deloitte consulting SC - comp just slightly higher than now. Did well with a FAANG and was told by HM that he is trying to get funding to hire me but it will take up to 8 weeks or sooner. Should I wait for FAANG or just go for D as SC? Currently manager at PWC - TC 180.

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?

Planning on retaking reg in three weeks. Got 62 and weaker on all the main section in Q4 2017. I didn’t do well on the time management and sims. Any suggestions? Is it enough time? Need motivation.

Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!

Oh my god. I am finally done with the CPA. It took me 5 years and I failed so many times, lost credit, spent thousands of dollars on different study materials, coffees, pens, etc. I can’t believe this day has finally come for me. If you’re struggling please don’t give up and don’t compare yourself to someone else. It will eventually happen for you if you keep pushing!

Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.
