I have a lot of autoimmune type symptoms, joint pain/inflammation etc. Keto has _greatly_ reduced my joint pain and helped me manage depression as well. Highly recommend chatting with your doctor about it 🤗
Agree with WM! I have a couple autoimmune issues and keto has helped because it removes the inflammatory foods.
Keep it simple in the beginning and don’t try to do too many keto substitutes for other foods. Calculate your macros and track what you eat. Make sure you get enough healthy fats. My first week was pretty much all eggs, cheese, avocado, salads, bacon, grilled meat or fish, broccoli and cauliflower rice - a lot of cooking with olive oil, coconut oil and butter
