I’ve dropped to just liability in the past, but only when the car was worth about below $10k and I planned on driving into the ground. It’s been a while since I’ve done it.
I would keep full coverage.

Sure but if you didn’t have an accident or the other party was at fault, then you save $850/year. You would need to go 20 years without an at fault accident for this to pay off. I would probably keep the insurance.
I ditched collision but kept comprehensive coverage. If someone hits me, it’s covered under my uninsured/underinsured coverages, so if someone hits me and they are found at fault, I’ll get reimbursed.
My premiums went from $2200 per year to $1400 per year, and since I bundled my coverage with my condo insurance, my homeowners premium went from $905 to $552 per year.
