Anyone go through a break-up? I found myself attending a meeting, crying, then going straight to another meeting…any advice? 😢

This is a question about friendships. Two friends got into a really bad fight this past weekend. They have each asked me to hang out this weekend. What do I do? I don’t want to have to choose sides. One is a friend I’ve known a little longer and has been a good friend and so she would feel betrayed and angry if she knew I were still friends with her now-enemy. The other I’ve known less longer, but we seem more compatible. Advice??

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?
