Anyone have experience working at/with Ogilvy Consulting? Culture, competence, comp?

I lateraled to my current firm less than a year ago, 2 months into the firm’s billable year. But I’m going to hit the yearly billable target regardless. What should I expect to receive as a bonus? Just regular bonus for hitting the billable target? Extra because I hit it in less than a full year? How does this work? Would appreciate any insight!

Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours? I am in my first full year on track for pretty low hours (~1500) but the actual realized fees (after writedowns) are still double my yearly salary. I feel like I am very naive and cannot read between the lines, so I can’t tell if someone is trying to fuck me over or not. This leads me to be extremely skeptical of others’ intentions, and makes me less confident that I can influence others, and in general really erodes my self-confidence. In a new job and my manager saw through my impostor syndrome. He said it out loud that I need to work on my confidence and overcome my insecurity.

Received an offer letter with joining date of a week from a date of offer release. No discussion about my joining date previously, though they knew my notice period is 2 months. Now, when asked HR about revising offer letter with updated DOJ he says, first give me LWD Letter. How can I resign before I actually get confirmation of DOJ?
