Anyone have success negotiating retention offers with CSR or Amex Platinum? My CSR just renewed and Plat is coming up. I called both but got shot down because of the extra benefits both cards added during COVID. If you had success, what did you say?

Anybody have any tips on how to go about the relocation conversation? I’m looking to move out of the city with our main office to a city with a much smaller office. With post-covid office culture I can’t imagine it’s that big of an ask.
