Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

I did weight watchers a long time ago when there were meetings and everything. I was very into it. I did lose quite a bit of weight at that time. You have to really stick to it. Don’t cheat and it’ll help. I stopped after I felt like I had incorporated much of what I learned into every day. Snacking on healthier items, smaller portions, skip having seconds and see if your actually hungry or not, and usually your not if you wait for a bit! I have an aunt and uncle who needed to lose weight by doctors orders and my aunt went in with full gusto and has lost maybe 35/40 lbs this year and has completely changed her life. The biggest things is not drinking. (You can of course still drink but chose low point options and limit them) I think if you struggle with weight and are really ready for a change and can be dedicated to following the rules, it’s great. I would watch out about falling into a trap of too many processed “0 fat/calorie” foods. They have other stuff in them that’s not great for you, so try not to just go replacing treats with other treats that are super processed. It really can change your relationship with food. You’ll like like find yourself cooking and eating at home more though!
Thank you! I have heard of that book but never got a chance to read it. Appreciate your time! ❤️

I did the app a few years ago… I recommend it, particularly if you need to reset your eating habits. Helps remind you that you can still enjoy food in moderation.
Weight watchers hasn’t moved fast enough to adapt to everyone’s needs. It’s only designed for compulsive eaters that want to follow a points diet.
I became part of the beta testing group of Diat App and couldn’t be more impressed. You can chose your own health coach and has all the features you could imagine.
Not sure if the beta testing is full but it’s worth the try! Here’s the link. They are offering 18 months for FREE for the people that join pre-launch.
