Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

I’m pretty sure it’s 25 cents per dollar up to 6% but I guess we get a pension that vests after 3 years, how much our pension is I have zero clue. Not sure about other places.
No
Yes. All across the b4, I think it’s 25% of 6% of base salary (so effectively 1.5%) for the first 4 yrs then 50% of 6% of base after that.
All 4 hv some form of pension that’s calculated slightly differently but it ends up being abt 3-4% of base contributed to the pension
That's what it is at EY.
KPMG is 50% of 5% salary from day one it seems per the first "KPMG 401k match" Google result. The link isn't sharing right since it's a link to a PDF, but it's easy to find.
Ours doesn’t increase to 50% after 4 years
Many times they are noted in the financial statements of the 401k plan. You can pull a copy by going to the Department of Labors website, search for EFAST2. It's an attachment to the Form 5500.
Kpmg is a flat 6%., no minimum contribution required
