Anyone from Capgemini Engineering Hamburg??
HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?
Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Consulting does NOT compete with tech for data scientists, this offer is incredibly competitive for consulting in general, even more so for Booz Allen
The fact you’re being interviewed for a lead associate is a little crazy on it’s own, most in those roles (even data science) have 3-5x the YOE...
Rising Star
LA with 3 YOE is nuts. I find SIG staff are almost always a role higher in name than they should be, compared to other groups. There are some really talented people, but maybe not held to the same rigorous standard for hire and promotion as the rest of the firm

Nah. Just the limits of federal billable rates.

If you’re being hired for a specific role on a sold & funded project, that’s likely the case.
SO is a Lead Associate at BAH with 10 YOE and making 195k base with Full Scope. Their contract is able to bill them at that rate. Other contracts you are looking at 160k for their experience.
Most likely being capped at what they can recoup via USG contracts (assuming this is non-commercial).
Although, they are most likely paying you at the top end for this work as a Lead Associate would typically be able to lead a broad team or deliver niche capabilities as a SME. With 3 yoe I don’t think you’d have either.
Take the other offers (assuming they aren’t two-bit players, mom and pop shops).
