At first I thought what a horrible way to lay off people, then after few Google search shows he has history of name calling, providing questionable stock options to favorites, and questionable decision making.
Question: seeing things like this, would you still accept a job with Better.com if they provided excellent compensation package than your current role?

It’s a no from me. There are plenty of companies out there that pay well and have a better (haha) track record of treating employees well. No amount of $ is worth a toxic environment when the market is this hot.

Wow, was going to use them for my next mortgage... J/k the only thing they're good for is quick pre-approvals which you can take to open houses and then get a real lender later 🤣
