What agency is doing the new Twizzler ads?
I got a call from HR and offer discussion was over couple of weeks back and still waiting for them to send me final mail to release offer. May I know if they take this much time to release offer, when I did a follow up call after 10 days they said they are waiting for some approval to release offer.
Any ideas i still have chances to get offer? BNY Mellon

I think the emphasis on straightening hair makes it more than it needs to be. & the notion that it should only be for special occasions sends the message that their natural hair is not “dressy” or “classy” enough for certain events, locations, etc. As long as the hair is straightened safely so that her curls/coils revert back, it should be just another style that her (our) versatile hair can do.
My daughter is 3 and have butt length hair I want to straighten but i want her to feel beautiful naturally
I literally would rather pay for her to get a weave or a whole wig vs. go through all that drama.
16? I hope never. My girls are currently 3 and 4.
My daughter turns 10 next month and I plan on letting her do this for her birthday.
Is it just for aesthetic purposes? Or is it easier to manage that way?
I would say encourage her to love her natural hair. But, if it's hard to manage...maybe 13-14?!🤷♂️
I don't have kids, but I would hope it would be for special occasions only. Regular wear could possibly cause heat damage and I'd want them to love their curls. Maybe ask a natural hair stylist.
Pre-teen age like 11-12
9-10 for occasions- JHS for regular wear
I think middle school 8th grade… I think that my daughter truly regrets asking for her hair straightened because her friends her was “flat” as she called it. she didn’t understand then that natural is not little kiddish but just different type of beautiful
