Battling major brain fog. It’s been over a week now… what can I do to get over it

When’s the last time you had a day off? If it’s been awhile, take a week off (if you can) to help reset.

I notice my brain fog is the worst when I’ve been pushing too hard and haven’t been unplugging and resting on weekends.

I also don’t take my meds on the weekends to make sure my system doesn’t get used to my meds.

Meditate in the mornings. Take a sick day and eat healthy and catch up on sleep. Then get back into it after a good rest and take your Ritalin or similar :)

I recently found a hypnotist on tik tok that has short guided meditations. Anthony Serino. A meditation can help reset the brain and add some motivation. There are plenty of others out there - so try a few and let us know how it went.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!

Benefits Question: how is the health insurance where you are? How does your employer handle it?

This has become one of the most important things when interviewing for me. My last employer went from having no insurance option to giving us one terrible plan that they contributed 50% towards. My current employer works with Gravie so we get so much per month and can use it towards any plan on the marketplace. Only thing that sucks is the contributions are post-tax so it counts as income.

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?
