BCG fish here’s a fun one: I got denied on the application about a month ago without a referral. I was now offered a referral by a Consultant. If they referred me would I get a special link and be able to re—apply? Or would this be a waste and I should wait for the 6 month cooldown

I recently asked for a raise as looking up medical assistant and years of experience in my area and found that I am not at market value for my position and 12 years of experience. I have not asked for one before or ever had any HR issues, write ups, warnings, etc. HR came back stating no to a increase as I am at 108% already per their market value. Mck case screening today. Feedback was more structure after the first question and more detail (examples, think along value chain). I wanted to share to help others.

It’s the nerves, you know? When presenting at work for pres/vps, it doesn’t hit me like it does for this interview. Maybe test anxiety? My handwriting gets unrecognizable. The wanting it badly might be the reason I don’t get it. Talk about a catch 22.
