Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

I worked reception in a tax office for at least 5 years then I did social science research in the form of cold call telephone surveys for 5 years, gas station attendant (clerk) for 10, grocery store clerk for a year, then WFH customer service for 2 and I’ve been in my current position as administrative coordinator going on 2 years. Prolly about to pivot into a different role to make better use (read: more money) of my skill set. I’ll be 50 in a couple years and I’d like to own a home and travel in my later years. I have to start working towards retirement!
You can do it! You're very talented and experience means a lot too

I was a sales and events manager, but before that a SAHM for 6 years. Before that I was in sales and marketing management. I switched to the admin job because it was easier being a single, divorced mom with young kids. Now that they are older, it has been difficult trying to go back to my previous field and/or being seen as capable of anything other than an admin role.
