Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

However, I’m still on the job hunt and I think stress is manifesting itself without me realizing it. I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. What is a ideal SDR salary in a growing SaaS based Startup in Munich ?

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.
