I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

So it's Saturday morning so let's do some math. Comparing CSR, CSP, Venture, Barclays. All travel oriented cards with a fee. Assume 1500mo spend of which 300 is travel and dining. With those numbers, and the cards minimum travel redemption values (1.5,1.25,1,1.1, respectively) you get $378,$270,$360,$360, respectively. Then you have to look at annual fees and other benefits. CSR is net $150 (450-300 travel credit). CSR is $95. Venture is $59. Barclays is 89.But 5% back in miles redeemed for travel, so $18 in this use case.
Using those figures, CSR gives you $228, CSP gives you $175, venture is the winner at $301, Barclay at $289. Caveat this with this does not include all other perks CSR gives you, but I have a tough time putting hard dollar value.
I like the preferred higher ROI for my spending habits
Then the cards have all the other perks outside of straight points (lounges, insurance, road side assistance, concierge, TSA pre/global entry, Uber etc etc etc)
I'm an AMEX Plat guy (started with GPR) but CSR and AMEX Plat are pretty close with subtle differences (coke/Pepsi, ford/chevy)
One that gives you qualifying miles on the airline you fly
Yeah it was. Just follow the points guy. New "best" cards come out every few months
Look at potential points to yearly cost based on average spending
There's a Barclays card that gets double points on everything you buy. But I like Chase's rewards center because 1 point equals a $1.50 when redeemed for travel
Sorry, Barclays redemption value is 1.05 not 1.1
I've found the CSP to be the best value - CSR is a little too pricey...but YMMV
@A1, you gotta look at the marginal value of the CSR relative to the CSP. Fees: $450-$95= $355, less $300 travel credit = $55. So do you receive enough points (1 more/ dollar) to justify the $55 expense? If you value the points at 1.5 cents, then you need to spend 55/.015 =$3,666 per year on travel. Or ~$300/ month on travel and dining. Which with typical spend is def worth it. ESP if you consider the other bonuses you get for the card (e.g., GE reimbursement, lounge access, etc)
