Between a CFF and an ABV, what would you guys recommend? Which has the higher “ROI” in terms of credibility on the stand, marketability when speaking with prospective clients, and technical skills? I know the ABV is generally seen as more difficult to obtain (both due to the exam itself and the experience requirements), but I’m struggling to see how the CFF would be incrementally beneficial to the technical knowledge and experience I’ve already picked up from my years in the field.

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
