Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock

Worked for both and accenture culture is very much more collaborative vs the dog eat dog culture at (said big 4 firm I used to work at). I’m

Accenture has unlimited technology capability. When i was a partner there we could promise clients literally anything with the confidence the firm could figure it out. I was also an EY partner - they say the same but can’t back it up.
Woah 😳 how is this even possible

No independence BS?
Thanks for explaining KPMG1
From what I've heard Accenture has far more standardized corporate processes which ensure parity for employees at the same level.
I don’t know that I’ve seen that at the Big 4. Most will follow client travel policies if it comes up in negotiations, and partners can approve expense exceptions within reason, it I’ve never seen any be able to make up their own.
Accenture will also follow client policies if forced to. When I was in industry and hired them, our procurement team forced use of our travel agent into the contract, as on a prior project they felt Accenture was charging us for higher average airfares than they should have been (probably just last minute or refundable bookings).
At Accenture you get a 15% stock discount through their employee stock purchase program. I feel like I made more money off of that than I did actual salary my 4 years there. At big 4 now, everything else seems pretty similar.
If you joined accenture from way back, you’d be killing it
No independence stuff at acn for sure, but overall the B4 firm I work at is higher quality in terms of people, work product, expectations, brand, and professionalism.
Also acn was very tech heavy and tech forward. The B4 firm overall is becoming tech forward but not there yet imo.
Quality usually declines when you scale that aggressively
No utilization at Accenture 🎉
This makes sense lol I went from acn to b4 and no one knew what chargeability meant

Expense policy is much more strict. Business class is more stingy. Visio, Project and Think Cell require a WBS etc.
