Hi Team,
I gave and cleared all the rounds for TCS. Post that they asked me to update my documents on their portal, which i did last week.
But till now i am yet to receive the offer letter from their side.
Can someone guide me on this?? Is it normal to take this much of time? Tata Consultancy

Depends on firm honestly. First, find out whether the case is interviewer-led (i.e. McKinsey style) or interviewee-led.
Some firms that are specialized or if you recruit for a specialized group within a firm are more likely to have cases that are based upon that specialty.
If you're recruiting outside consulting but for strategy roles, each company has their own style of cases and you'll have to find a website or archive for them (e.g. Capital One cases are very quantitative and break-even oriented)
