I used the ones offered by Deloitte before. I'll say that I felt mostly confident that information was private, but as someone whose education background is in clinical therapy, I found the providers to be inexperienced and ineffective. I'll also add that if you have complex issues to address, you are better off using your mental health benefits through your health insurance. I definitely had the sense that the firm clinicians are really focused on solutions-focused interventions, i.e., short-term.

Trust yes. Finding the right therapist is not easy. Test out multiple of needed.
