Can we all agree that the worst trend in fitness right now is social media influencers recording at the gym? They take up too much space, they are rude if you accidentally walk in their shot, and there is a risk of you ending up in the videos they post. I think gyms should ban people from recording their workouts.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer.
