Hi Fishes, I have been offered by Cognizant Consulting to move to UK for a short term. However I have my permanent braces treatment going on in India. Can anyone guide if Cognizant Consulting (UK) covers dental treatment in insurance. Can anyone also let me know how much does braces treatment cost in London? Cognizant

You can, but if you are a new hire I would run it by your CA or partner to let them know. I have been negative before but had a co-worker have to pay it back.
We’ve had several new hires go negative pretty quickly in my group. They had the PTO approved before they even started and then everyone jokes that they have to work for months before they can have days off again. Honestly joking since there’s other ways to still have weekdays off without taking unpaid days.
Thanks, I am new here. I read the updated workplace guide and it made it seem like you would have to take unpaid time off or pay them back if you were in the negatives.
