Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Other issue is most of my work is general strategy or PMO/ops which doesn't translate well, as most other jobs prefer real industry experience. (Not looking to stay in consulting/move to an in-house shop.)

Ok--so assuming that means still pre-MBA. You may not have actual industry experience but you are junior enough that your project experience might as well be industry experience. Don't think you will have the same issues as manager/sm's. What is it you want to do? You shouldn't have any issue crafting a story for a variety of jobs/industries. Check out Charles Aris---former Deloitter's company and they have lots of great postings all the time.
