Hi, anyone willing to move to big 4?
Which is better to join @capgemini or @BNY?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Lol speak up if you’re unhappy with your team and life. That’s not pwc values that’s your shitty team values
Yea I wouldn’t consider pwc behind other b4 at all. Feels like we lead in many areas.
You’re right, but when it’s the majority of the teams in your group, it starts to become clear it IS a pwc thing
Not sure that you all understand what "family benefits" means...it's maternity/paternity leave, time off for other family matters, reimbursement of certain costs related to these things, etc. It's not about a certain team or office, it's the Firm's national policies
16 weeks for daddy leave really - the millennial are killing the work environment
PwC 5 - it's technically 6 weeks for both. The extra 6 weeks for mom is STD (so you only get if you physically give birth). Deloitte and EY give 16 weeks for both (not including STD).
How is PwC so far behind other big four? Not sure if you are serious.
Maybe it’s just your group 😂. Switch
I was responding to pwc3 OP. Thought pwc has pretty decent parental leave and LOA.
It is decent compared to most of corporate America. But go look at policies for other big 4
What is pwc’s parental leave? Ey gives 16 weeks to both moms and dads
Maybe your benefits lag, but you guys clearly pay the most
No we don’t? All big 4 start at the same and as a 3 I’ve gotten 6% raises and ~6% bonus. I don’t think that’s any better than any of the others unless one of the others is particularly shitty
Oops. ~2.5% bonus..
PwC by far has very generous comp and bonuses as compared to other firms especially if you are a top performer
Pwc family is way behind the times. 12 weeks for moms, 6 weeks for dads
PwC op are you sure the 16 weeks doesn’t include STD? From what I’ve heard it’s 16 weeks total
