Commercial vs multi family currently an apm in multi family but offered an apm role in commercial.. the pay is very enticing but can anyone offer advice about switching to commercial is it worth it? Is there work life balance? The company seems to operate as a team based off what i see. ***side note i was offered a pm job in multifam too pay is about $12k less but the co. has a great reputation and i hear worklife balance is great. I don’t know enough about commercial to make the best decision.

Hello Fishes,

I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA. I think if I get an offer in India for around 32-35 LPA, i should prefer staying in India but I need 1-2 months of time to be in that position. HTC is pushing for sending passport as they need to get it stamped. Any suggestions from anyone on how to handle this scenario?

Would like to hear your opinion:

I am new recruiter with about 2 yrs experience within people practice ( learning & development - Employability support - and now recruiting)

I am keen to transition to FAANG/UK but not sure if I should continue in people’s business! Or should I try RPM/APM opportunities as I am currently leading full cycle work with cross functional teams I feel that might be nice thing to take a look at.

Is there other promising career paths I can transition to within tech?

Hi team ,

I have started working from jul2019 and I have filed my tax return for 2020 and 2021 tax years.

However I note that there was withholding of some amount in 2017-2018 and 2019 tax years ( withholding from comission received from insurance commission from lic and United india)

I have not filed 2017, 2018, 2019 return as my total income was less than threshold

Is it possible to file return for 2017 , 2018, 2019( all r in refund) now without paying any penalty?

I’m trying to buy my first house and my wife and I have a few IRAs from previous employers (Roth and non Roth). Anyone know how true this is, how the process works, or have any advice? Is it a good idea

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. My experience with this only applies to healthcare, but would imagine it’s the same in consumer as well. Anyone?

Hi! New here, curious what other property managers are paid? Currently at $28k with a “free” apartment (paying approx $200 for utilities but no rent). Is this worth it to anyone else?

Has anyone seen an uptick in fraudulent paperwork ? I work for a single family company with 15k homes in our market and we are seeing so much . Funny thing in they always NSF app/holding fees a few days before or on their move in date and the fraudulent paperwork just follows after . Some we have found they change the fake ID around and use the same picture with different information . It takes so much of my work day catching these fraudsters. What have you done to combat fraud?
