I graduated with a master's degree in Dec 2021 and have been struggling to find a job since then. Respond to 6-7 recruiters on LinkedIn. Create a spreadsheet to keep track of recruiting companies, roles, interviews scheduled, etc. At some point or another one of the recruiters will bring you a golden opportunity and that’s the one you take. Just make sure multiple recruiters don’t present you to the same company by keeping track of the roles they send you. This way you have 6-7 people going to bat for you while you sit back and collect those offer letters like they’re baseball cards.
Know the salary range of the position you’re interviewing for, know your worth, and ask HIGH!
