Here are a few pointers:

1. Increase your MF SIP to match your retirement goal.
2. Why invest so much in NPS? Reduce it and put that money in MF instead.
3. 3.5k LIC?? I hope you aren't paying for a ULIP or an Endowment policy.
4. Replace Gold ETF with SGB. Pays 2% extra.
5. Invest all the amount in PPF at once at start of the financial year rather than SIP.

Just a few suggestions of the top of my head.
PS: I'm in no way a certified financial advisor. But I know a few things about prudent financial planning.

like

LIC is an endowment policy unfortunately, started 11 yrs ago when i had no idea whatsoever .
nps is for tax saving purpose, 50k yearly from my end and 11k from employer. i guess 30% tax saving + 9-10% cagr would be good enough. 40% annuity is there but i think that is ok.
i’ll look into sgb, avoided them because of low liquidity and lockin period.
ppf one is good suggestion, will implement it next FY

38k is for home loan, if no do you have your own house/flat to stay after retirement?
