Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Where do you want to end up? Those sound more like career change than growth.
Just curious, how much do partners in your firm make?

At this point in your career, the big thing is opening how to get opportunities to make sales and then closing the sales - some people are naturally good at it, but most aren't. That's what will make or break you getting to partner (and possibly to levels on between), so that's what I would focus on
Thank you!
Do employers give any weight to those boot camps? I didn’t think they did
I’m not sure. I should probably ask some leaders in the firm. Thank you.

PMPs are worthless, especially at your level as the assumption would be you have learned and are a good project manager.
Honestly at this point it’s more about proving and showing your aptitude at work. Chart out a path to partner and work thru what gaps you have and how to address them. 90% chance this isn’t through run of the mill certifications but rather improving client presence, refining sale acumen, building the right internal relationships/mentorships and more importantly defining your expertise/niche and building upon it to become “known” (self study, intentional project focus, writing thought leadership).
The certifications are paper at this point. I’ve got a CPA, a top MBA and a decent amount of certificates and should make partner this year- most of those making the decision don’t know about them or don’t care- they care about the work I do and the client relationships, sales and knowledge I bring (most of which wasn’t as a result of that paper).
Thank you!
