Do any of you have any physical disabilities that require the use of an aide like a rollator walker? I was an Administrative Assistant already when I had to begin using it. No one had a problem and it didn't change my productivity and ability to do my job. I switched jobs. That one got eliminated, and I was told I would have to be assessed for ADA accommodations before being placed in a new job. It appears that I keep getting eliminated because of the disability now. Frustrating!

Have you ever been racially discriminated against in a personal healthcare situation/not at work? While you were ill or in the hospital? Obviously horrible when it happens to anyone but it takes the cake for me when white people in healthcare discriminate about Black people when they don't know they work in the same field and know how they should be treated.

Has anyone had a nurse state the assumed sex at 12 week ultrasound? The nurse is fairly sure it's a boy, and I'm wondering how accurate her guess is based on a close look of the genitals. Confirmation won't happen until 20 week appt, too far away!

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit.
