Yes I do with caution. I don't want my coworkers to feel less than if I happen to make more ..BUT I do share if they inquire. A coworker of mine hired same time was making a lot less. Now I did have experience before this job, but the difference was sooo wide. This coworker had signed on under a timed contract that locked in their raises for 2 years. They actually got raises more frequently during that period of time. When that time frame ended no one adjusted anything for them. They were still "locked into", these measly raises because no one noticed and he assumed we were all like that. No we weren't and he was struggling to pay rent and get groceries and should not have been. It was keeping him from getting market competitive pay. He brought up the contract expiration and that others were being evaluated differently based on time served and performance and viola he got a big raise...way overdue and even though the jump was big the hospital overall still pulled one over on him for all those years he wasn't paid fairly.
So yes share....It may help someone.
