If I move to industry, how much vacation, sick days, and parental leave as a father should I expect as a senior auditor?

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)

The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. 529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.
