My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Let the kid be a mentor to other students. Let the student help with teaching. Provide him with work that is appropriate for his level. I have done that and it really helped to keep student motivated.
I know it'd be a lot of extra work for you so this may not be the solution, but could you give him work at his grade level while you cover other subjects with the class? While he's probably great at memorization and understanding the concepts, I'm sure there are still rules he needs to learn about 1st grade math. Otherwise, I would at least have him skip a few grades so he doesn't totally check out.
If he can do 4th grade math, I highly doubt he doesn’t know rules about 1st grade math
Maybe allow him to explore brilliant.org conceptual math site.
