Does anyone have a suggestion for a low cost indoor exercise app that includes cycling? Peloton is now $24/month. I am looking for something that is $15 or less.

I use YouTube premium (about $5 a month) and search “exercise bike virtual journey”. You will find many scenic bike trips. It doesn’t have the instructor aspect of peloton, so if you looking for someone cheering you on, might not be the vibe. If you are just looking for something to keep your focus and get you through the miles, it works wonders!

I use WOD generator. There is a free version and a paid version. The paid version allows you to “add” your equipment into your individual workout. I love the app.

Strava is $7 a month purely cycling in a virtual world but lots of competitive fun. https://www.strava.com/subscribe

Do you work the holidays into your lesson plans this time of year? Or is it too much of a distraction from your routine? Teaching a SPED music class this year and the students have finally *mostly* become comfortable in the room and with the instruments + noise. We usually work on the same songs each week for one month, but I'm thinking of switching it up and doing Christmas/Holiday songs next week as a send off into break. I work with mostly autistic students.

I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. Does anyone have suggestions for an OTC sleeping pill or pillow that actually works, or other advice for sleeping on a plane?
