Does anyone have any recommendations for a shop to manage 401k accounts and Roth, etc that is used to getting approval before buying stock / Tracking and Trading compliance? Ie Big4 compliance. I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.

The contrarian in me makes me think this is a decent indication that housing market will stagnate (or increase minimally) for a few years.

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Hey folks - I have an inquiry on my credit for a gym membership I “failed to cancel”. I had previously left this gym as it closed during pandemic, and shifted to a new location. In doing so, I informed the gym I would be leaving. However, I recently checked my credit and saw that my membership had not been cancelled and had been sent to collections (prompting an inquiry and dropping my score).

Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out.
