Someone may be able to answer but I just wanted to call out that a lot of HR & recruiters were part of the layoffs so that may be why you’re not hearing back. A lot of HR who are still with the agency are trying to process all of the changes with benefits, etc and communicate them out. Unfortunately I don’t know the exact answer to your question (hopefully someone else can) but it may just have slipped through the cracks momentarily. Good luck!
All recruiters at my former-IPG agency were laid off last week. Might not be ghosting, they're just gone.
Legacy IPG and was told all hiring on hold until at least new year plus a ton of HR was let go per previous posts.
Tbh it’s just as well they’re ghosting you. It’s bleak over here
I’m in the same situation - you’re not alone!
I would genuinely apply to Chick-fil-A before I would apply to work at an Omnicom agency.
That’s across the board no matter the agency
Thank you!

We all deal with it. Even creatives with awesome/ pretty memorable work have a hard time getting responses.
I’ve met people with Grand Prixes and ads I recognized from years ago who have issues with recruiters getting back.
What about legacy omnicom agencies?
