Considering offers to jump and trying to figure out whether I’ll need to COBRA for a month or two if I take a few weeks off between.

Googling ADHD today (I’m having a distracted day) and super frustrated because I’m realizing that I was likely misdiagnosed as depressed for years. I was taking SSRIs and dealing with awful side effects while I struggled for so long. I finally got an official diagnosis about 10 years ago but was never taught the symptoms or how to manage them. Found you tube channel ADDitutde magazine. Several really good presentations with recent developments Thought I’d share.

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit.
