Does being unassigned negatively impact utilization?? It’s not my fault.

Has anyone gone into YE with lower than the target utilization? I have about 2 months worth of PTO and trainings this year but want to know how a low utilization will affect my YE rating

I know it depends on firm to firm, but in general?
Also, is it wise to put in CV or say in interviews about your utilization if its good?

EY and Guidehouse federal fish, how does using PTO factor into your utilization score? Does it count against you like at Deloitte or do those hours get removed from the denominator before calculation?

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss.
