I just drink club soda with a lime. Looks like a cocktail, has a mouth feel and no one questions it/me.

Bloody Mary tastes the same to me with or without alcohol. Love em. Add an extra splash of pickle juice to make it stronger.
Ooo I love a Bloody Mary!
Zero proof wines sucked 11 years ago when I was pregnant. Would rather do a mocktail or plain seltzer or tonic. Zero alcohol beers have improved and taste comparable to most light beers.
NA beers are pretty good these days. That’s my go to since they are also widely available. Don’t worry about zero vs NA designation unless your doc says different. A hamburger bun, orange juice, or a banana has more alcohol than the >.5% NA beers.
I will say that it really isn’t about the drink. People will still likely see you aren’t drinking. Most of us all were so worried about that as we got sober. It’s an inner turmoil. What if they see your beer is NA? What if you order your soda and lime and they hear you? It’s just constant noise. Be comfortable in that people truly don’t care if you drink. Legit. And second, have a 3 second reason already prepped in your head. Not some elaborate story. You likely won’t need to use it but then you are mentally prepped just on the off chance you do.
My reason… alcohol makes me feel like crap. So I gave it up. I’ve used that a handful of times, people move on quickly. Or lots of times they justify their drinking which is just sort of funny.
I'm personally a fan of Seedlip Grove 42 for a gin-like vibe, and Surely Cabernet Sauvignon for a bold red that'll fool even the most discerning palate.
