How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Maybe 1 ~ 2 hrs/day of purely leisure time, which only really happens in the late evenings after wife & kids have gone to bed, so both the length and quality of said free time depend on how long I can stay awake. A lot of times all I can muster is watching some YouTube in a half coma, but even that is relaxing in its own way tbh..
Actual leisure time, probably only Friday night after 8pm. I have 2 young kids, and any time I am not working or sleeping, I am doing something to keep them alive and healthy (e.g. cooking, doing bath and story time before bed). I barely have any time to myself (e.g. shower) without sacrificing sleep. I think having young kids really takes time for hobbies out of the picture, and work during coronavirus has been doubly intense - not a good combo.
During active cases, 2-4hrs/week at best. On the beach, depends but typical more.
30min a day
Thankfully CrossFit is my hobby. That helps since my workouts are also leisure in a sense
630 - 730 am. Wake up. Coffee. News
730-11 work
11-12 work out. Shower. Make lunch to eat at desk
12-630 work (with very short breaks to take a walk. Do laundry etc).
630 - 10. Dinner and hang with SO unless one of us is working longer that day (usually him)
But I’m super productive during day and I’ll work 4 hours on the weekend if needed. Just work better that way than working late into night
This is my stolen 3 minutes of leisure time before I transition from work to home... 😂
9am-12am work
LOL. Serious question? If I’m lucky 1 total for the week.
