Was interviewed om june 19th 2021 for Apache Spark in Cognizant. Got a call from hr on august 4 for salary negotiation and hr said the same day they will release the offer letter. After multiple followup emails and calls hr is not responding. Feeling helpless as this would be my first switch.

Went on a final interview today and the interviewer yawned through my presentation, was so BRUTAL with feedback, and was just super low-energy. This dude picked apart my entire presentation and frowned through all of it. Up until this point, everyone that I interviewed with said the presentation was great, but some things that need improvement. While submitting a salary counter on a role I was offered, I listed valid points on why I deserved a higher sum for the responsibilities. Recruiter brought up my diversity being a key negotiator and awkwardly asked me “what are you” since the person making financial decisions will “want to know.” I am a “racially ambiguous” POC and while I answered in order to save face, this made me extremely uncomfortable.
