Yay!! The bowl now has 100+ fish.

How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

Go to nerdwallet, read reviews of the various refi companies, apply, see who gives you the best interest rates and terms.
I agree with Huge 1. You need to keep on top of the current rates and refi when the fees and interest difference lowers the payment substantially. Always pay more than the monthly, and up the % when it makes sense. Just stay the course and you’ll pay it off quicker
People with similar wages and backgrounds at different stages of their careers, yes.
SP1, did you go through them?
I just applied for consolidation. It lowers my monthly payment but I’ll be paying for longer. Hoping that as I move up, I’ll be able to go more/pay off quicker than I’m slated to. Can’t say much about refinancing.
I used Credible. I was referred so I got a free $500
