Hii everyone from IBM 👋🏻
Whats the process of initiating and getting the hike/bonus?
I joined IBM on last week of May 2022, was on bench till 20th November 2022 and got allocated to project on 21 November 2022.
Whom should I talk to regarding the hike/bonus? And whats the process like?? Will be grateful if I get any inputs. Thanks all :)

Oh, come on. PwC laid off its employees. I have two team members who got kicked out recently after they put on the PIP. I honestly think they didn't deserve the PIP.
@P1, thank you. I actually know quite a few folks ranging from seniors, to SMs, to partners that were all shocked. They didn’t know the firm did that. Like not even putting me on PIP first. It was cruel I think how I was let go being that I haven’t heard from my team for 3 months before I was let go. Not even a good morning or weekly how’s everything going check up. I did notice at one point that I stopped getting weekly newsletters and digital learning emails. I don’t remember if that was before or after performance reviews though, but definitely long enough for me to notice that I stopped getting the emails.
There are many people here (FB) claiming EY and PwC did layoffs in the name of Performance Based Separations this year.
Also, didn’t PwC change its policy earlier this year so that people can’t expense their meals during WFH situations?
I do agree so far PwC is doing a better job than EY, but at the end I don’t expect Big 4 to be that different from one another in the long run.
@PwC 1 agree that next week’s townhall will provide some insights. That was what I told to my EY friends that we typically has less perks lol. When my partner gave me a real-time with no $$, I was shocked lol

It all started when PWC announced the wrong movie at the academy awards, THEN there were layoffs and PTO cuts.

How many KPMG auditors will need to be laid off to make up for that $50 million SEC fine for cheating on PCAOB inspections?
3k firmwide performance based separation at PwC. The lay-off at KPMG for client facing employees are 800.
KPMG laid off 1,400 people out of 35,000 employees (number from the business insider article). Where did you get numbers for PwC? We have more people than KPMG (58,000 employees at PwC) and the firm never announced the number of the performance layoffs.
