EY people services change management seems to be on a hiring spree. Any insights from current employees? I haven’t heard too many good things in the past about the culture, pay and type of work but not sure if anyone has any recent insights.

I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
