Google “alternate nostril breathing technique” ...looks super weird and awkward but it calms me down in seconds I swear
I like going to a quiet room and doing 10 minute meditations in using the Calm app
I use meditation timer which I think is the best, but headspace and smiling minds are also good
Take a deep breathe, relax your shoulder. No tension. Much better
I like to go for a ten minute walk from time to time when I get stressed. That regally helps clear my mind
