I like going to a quiet room and doing 10 minute meditations in using the Calm app

I use meditation timer which I think is the best, but headspace and smiling minds are also good

I like to go for a ten minute walk from time to time when I get stressed. That regally helps clear my mind

My sister and I have recently both come to the realization that our parents guilt us into spending time with them or visiting them and the guilt causes us both to shut down.
