Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Yeah you need to include your role, half of the time it’s simply a formality, but with your previous experience, it shouldn’t be a deterrent, especially as BCG2 said, a lot of people don’t understand consulting levels.
Ie: associate is entry level at PWC, or pre manager level at other firms
As a disclaimer, I would inform whoever asks what my staff level is, but I'd like to increase my chances of not get screened out for the types of roles I'm interested (and feel qualified) to pursur before I have a chance to have these conversations. And some tips to navigate the perception that say, a senior associate, might not be senior enough for the role at hand (I'm an experienced hire, 10 years, from about a year ago, and it's the first time in my career where I've been placed so clearly along a hierarchy, which has been challenging).
Most industry people don’t know consulting roles. I was also in industry and I can tell you that if people left their title off their resume but had a lot of “impact” I immediately assumed they were hiding something.
Wouldn’t your resume show your prior 10 years of work? No hiring manager would ignore it
No one cares. Tell stories on how you impacted outcomes
It your impact was exceptional for your level, I would expect to see accelerated level progression. Either way, level needs to be included. Leaving off level would actually draw more attention to it and possibly result in automatic screening
